Getting Unstuck

We all have times in our lives when we get stuck, but we don't necessarily always recognise them. Sometimes it's a big muddy kind of stuck where we might feel uncertain about our careers, our relationships or what next. Other times it can be much more subtle-procrastination, self-doubt or the overwhelming noise of to many choices.

The truth is it happens to all of us and we can become immobilised. Too much head noise, too many what ifs, fear of anticipated outcomes.

Weve all been there.

As a coach I sometimes have to remind myself and the people I work with that "you don't have to have it all figured out to get started." Getting unstuck usually starts with something simple- a small conscious action grounded in intention.

It might be naming what is going on, asking a different question, challenging a long-held belief. It might even be sitting in silence and allowing space for insight to arise. Coaching can create a safe and reflective space for gentle enquiry.

Progress isn't always about big leaps but rather building awareness, generating options and experimenting with steps that feel possible.
